Super Cow are bread from Belgium, because of the natural selection,a protein that counteracts muscle growth occur they are selected from specific genes, and are artificially bread
resulting in accelerated lean muscle growth. The defect in the breed's gene is maintained through linebreeding. This mutation also interferes with fat deposition, resulting in very lean meat.

Orgainc Farming
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LLrb7c3Zt-c&feature=related
Talking about organic farming recently, it is a system of crop cultivation that uses biological methods of fertilization and pest control as substitutes for chemical fertilizers and chemicals, which are regarded by supporters of organic methods as harmful to health and the environment and unnecessary for successful cultivation. Since organic farming is time-consuming, organically grown produce tends to be expensive. Organic produce formerly accounted for a minuscule portion of total American farm output, but it has seen a huge proportional increase in sales in recent years

This is a video talking about "slow-food nation". Alice Water in 60 minutes stated the advantages of eating slow food. Slow food tends to use natural ingredients like organic corn; mostly slow food ingredients are something that you can find in your little garden. A common complaint about orgainic food that is expensive.

Super Size Me (preservers part)

Another clip from "Super Size Me". This time, I am going to show you why McDonald is always a kind of "mummy-food", which is still well-preserved by time. See those french fries there?? It amazed me for the first time I have seen this clip, how many chemicals did McDonald put into their food? I can't imagine how many preservers are there. But now, I guess I can eat McDonald for every meal to turn myself to a mummy :)

Super Size Me was filmed in 2004 as a American documentary film, the director Morgan Spurlock, who is an American independent filmmaker, spent a total 30-day period from Feb 1 to March 2, 2003. By time, he only ate McDonald's food for his daily meals, days after days, he has found himself starting to build fats, difficult to get up from his bed, turning lazy...and YES! This is how McDonald affects our lives, with the cheapest food, deep fried, making it as golden and crispy as possible. I've got a question here. How could someone survive eating so much of this junk food??
